The Account Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts for defined countries or service lines within IT recruitment and Staffing practice. The Account Manager builds and manages key client relationships; and is responsible for top - line and bottom - line performance of the portfolio.
Desired Profile: -
Minimum 6+ years' experience in US IT Recruitment.
Must have worked with implementation Partners and direct clients.
Experience updating and maintaining candidate tracking systems and reports. Ability to multi - task, managing various tasks at once
Work well under general supervision, yet be self - motivated and have the proven ability work independently
Should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Must be willing to occasionally work additional hours to support the needs of the business
Must be capable of maintaining a high level of productivity in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Should be a team player. Should be imaginative, creative, patient, attentive to details and analytical.
Ability to cultivate and build relationships with Clients, Consultants/Resources and co - workers
Should be strong in follow ups and Negotiation skills. Consultative in nature. Personable and approachable

Should have knowledge on Jobdiva and other ATS
Any bachelor's degree (MBA degree in HR (recruitment) is a plus)
Working on End to End recruitment process. Should meet targets on a monthly basis
Proven track record in effectively clearing bench. At any given point we will be having a healthy bench
Foster long - term relationships with candidates.
Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants.
Must be a self starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective consultants and get them on board through networking & cold calling
Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards and submitting the same to Team Leader.
Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
Good Knowledge on US recruiting and US Tax terms like Corp to Corp, W2 and 1099. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools
Must demonstrate high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.

Discuss the interview schedules with your consultants and be in touch with vendors or clients you work with.

Account Planning: building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
