Review the resumes thoroughly and short list suitable matches.
Establish communication between the client and the consultants.
Coordinate the interviews
Coach and prepare candidates through the client interview process.
Regularly remain in touch with the client, consultant, employer regarding the updates and development and maintaining good relations with Clients.
Maintaining and updating the database of consultant and Clients
Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and sourcing, screening.
Regularly providing feedbacks to the Consultants.
Worked on Contract, Contract to Hire and full-time positions for clients in UK.
At least Bachelors's or Masters in the relevant field.
