We are hiring talented Technical Recruiters and Senior Technical Recruiters from IT, NON IT, Pharma, Telecom and Financial Recruitment backgrounds with 2-7 years of experience range, working for Direct clients (MSP, VMS Driven clients)
- Should have min 2 year of work experience in recruitment ( IT , NON IT, PHARMA) for US staffing.
- Should have master level experience in various sourcing techniques like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn.
- Should have thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2 , c2c , corp to corp.
- Should have thorough knowledge of US visa types and work authorizations
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The recruiter will be responsible for end to end ( IT , NON IT, PHARMA) recruitment for US staffing
- Should submit daily reports of the KRA as mandated
