Minimum 5 years of experience in US Staffing.
Experienced in Managing a Team of 8-15 Recruiters.
Should have worked in VMS (Field glass, Beeline and VCH) as well as direct staffing model.
Expertise in W2 hiring as well as C2C hiring.
Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
Expert in active searches US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, etc.) & passive searches.
Conducting screening/interviews by phone to determine the experience and skill level.
Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement.
Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.
Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains the relationship with the consultant.
Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
