Job Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Payroll processing and payroll administrative tasks for India and Coordinate with payroll vendor.
Interface with payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing including providing payroll inputs, clarify their queries on inputs, audit payroll vendor output for accuracy, and manage the vendor to our agreed upon payroll calendar.
Arrange payroll disbursement including any settlements.
Preparation and cross verification of employees’ salary breakups.
Holding the responsibility of the checker, input vs. output of the register done by payroll vendor to ensure 100% error free deliverable.
Handling full & final settlements process for exit employees.
Vendor coordination for payroll related queries and close the task as per agreed timelines.
Statutory liabilities report like PF, ESIC & PT to be shared to statutory team for remittance on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
Prepare and update salary registers.
Address employee queries relating to payroll.


Skills Required
Bachelors Degree
3+ Years of experience in handling Payroll for India
Strong payroll industry expertise
Ability to analyze labor law requirements across multiple jurisdiction which are of immediate relevant for running payroll
Ability to carry out detailed data analytics of payroll data
Maintain integrity and ensuring confidentiality of all payroll information
Proven knowledge in MS-Excel
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
