Staffing Sales / Business Development Manager / Account Executive with Experience in US Staffing Industry, for our Hyderabad branch supporting our clients in Bay Area, CA, USA. This position requires an employee to be able to perform all functions necessary to utilize market knowledge and activity to develop and maintain branch accounts through sales activity. This is a sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within the IT/Engineering niche. Client activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts. The position's daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Contact Client Hiring Managers and present candidates for contract and direct-hire positions in the area of IT / Engineering
Present candidate profiles in order to successfully match candidates to the client orders.
Will work with a team of seasoned staffing professionals and will be primarily responsible for IT/Engineering staffing sales and new business development.
Consistently prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business.
Developing and implementing long-term relationships with all clients.
Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls.
Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects. Marketing top candidates to clients and prospects.
Manage the client relationship by making sure client expectations are met.
Ensure your assigned recruiters delivers
Train/ develop/lead/mentor team sourcer's
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
2-5+ years of new business development experience within the high-tech staffing field in US Staffing Industry.
Superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills
Outstanding problem-solving ability
Microsoft Word and Excel and PC based knowledge
