Sr. US Accounts Manager

Job Description

The overall function of an accounts person is to process and manage payments received and to provide related accounting support.
He/she will be providing financial and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.

Roles and Responsibilities-
Creating Employee Master on ADP
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Monitor Timely deduction of Loans, Health Insurance Benefits etc facilities provided to employees
Timely approvals for pay orders & to ensure the same is executed on time
Inter-department communication within the company & department
Ensure up-to-date billing system
Make sure that invoices are generated & sent out Timely
Ensure that payment cycle is maintained as per company norms
Monitor the billing, collection & reporting of accounts department within specified deadlines.
Perform account reconciliations
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Ensure that accounts receivable customer files and records are maintained in the company
Hours Collection from Timesheets and enter in QuickBooks.
Item Master / Customer Master creation in Quick books
Follow up on missing timesheets and approvals of missing timesheets
Responsible to ensure timely and correct Invoicing for all such hours in Quick books
Responsible for sending the invoices timely to the AP at clients end
Monthly MIS Reporting –Analysis of Time cards missing and unapproved weekly for management review
Timely Audit of payments & receivables of the company
Above all that mentioned in the job description we are looking for someone with good communication skills & a committed team Leader
Must haves –
10+ years of experience in General Accounting which includes accounts receivables, Payables and reconciliations
Hands on Experience working on Quick Books
