Sound Experience working on w2 and Corp-Corp requirements
Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities
tiII joining of candidates).
Must be pro?cient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and internet Based recruiting Tools.
Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & build the database as per company policy .
Able to do sourcing and screening candidates from various job boards like CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice other social networking sites like LinkedIn, The Ladders, Indeed etc.
Experience in rate/salary negotiations on various tax terms (w2, 1099 & c2c).
Ability to do editing and formatting of resumes and giving visual and technical perfection to them before presenting to clients.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

Bachelor's Degree /Masters
