Hands-on experience in end to end IT recruitment cycle like sourcing, analyzing resume, interviewing, submitting and following up with the candidates.
Must have good Knowledge to screen IT resumes and Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Must have good knowledge and understanding of IT Technologies and be able to explain the requirements for the candidates they approach.
Experience working on US tax terms like C2C, W2, 1099,
Experience with working with Visas like H1B, GC, OPT, CPT etc.
Good experience working with full time, Contract, Contract to Hire positions.
Experience in various searching techniques using Boolean search on Dice, LinkedIn & Google search strings etc.
Must be proactive & self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in US shift timings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed.
0-3 years of recruiting experience.
