2 - 8 years of experience in US Recruitment.
Experience working in a VMS/MSP environment as well as a direct staffing model.
Expertise in W2 hiring as well as C2C hiring.
Responsible for sourcing, recruiting the candidates on various skill set as per job specifications.
Knowledge of US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and conducting passive searches.
Conduct initial candidate screening by phone to determine the experience and skill level.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and client requirements.
Negotiate salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to fill and close the position.
Arrange client interviews and work with the HR team to complete the required paperwork when a candidate gets hired for a position.
Act as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintain the relationship with the consultant.
Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
