· Identify client requirements for existing Non-IT resources as they become available.
· A qualified candidate must have 2 - 5 years with proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC and Citizens) experience in the US Non-IT consulting industry.
· Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099.
· Must have good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
· Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors direct clients) & also need to have good network of tier.
· 1 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions.
· Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source C2C requirements.
· Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.
· Must have good understanding on all Non-IT technologies.
· Must be a good team player and result driven.
· Must have good attitude. Important requirements.
· Must be willing to work towards direct client acquisitions.
· MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities.
