· Responsible for an end to end recruitment
· Handle recruitment for Middle and Senior level positions
· Primary focus on Healthcare clients.
· Sourcing and Screening of CV's through various Sources, job-portals, social networks
· Should have experience in ATS, preferably CEIPAL.
· Understand the client requirement and get appropriate profiles.
· Candidates with excellent communication Skills
· Candidate should be experienced in Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting the profiles
