UX Expert – Barcelona, Spain
Description
Our companies is seeking a charismatic, enthusiastic, experienced and motivated UX expert to collaborate with our cross-functional teams as they design, scope, build and maintain our back-office applications for our highly visible and high-quality Ticketing, Hospitality and Accommodation verticals.
– Demonstrated professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects built on time and to scope.
– Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Figma, Wireframe.cc and InVision.
– Up-to-date knowledge of design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
– Familiarity with designing seamless and enjoyable user experiences, considering user goals, pain points, and emotional factors.
– Responsive Design: Knowledge of designing for various devices and screen sizes to ensure a consistent and responsive experience.
– Experience in planning and conducting usability testing sessions, analysing results, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
– An understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers and implement designs.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating a team spirit and strong communication skills.
– Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in design deliverables.
– Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
– Empathetic, enthusiastic and a positive thinker.
– Accustomed to working in high-performing multi-cultural teams.
– Able to engage in solid and consistent discussions with the PO regarding functionalities of both old and new technologies.
– Comfortable actively participating in meetings with the CTO, PO, and LDs regarding technical and business requirements for new pages, components, or functionalities.
– Adept at conducting market research and proposing ideas while considering market requirements and standards.
– Accustomed to working in English.
